We reject the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email collection programs or other technical devices, and please note that violation of this law may result in criminal penalties under applicable laws.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses, etc)

1. No person shall collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses on the Internet homepage where the intention to refuse the collection of e-mail addresses is specified.

2. No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1.

3. No one shall use e-mail addresses for information transmission knowing that they are prohibited from collection, sale, and distribution under the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2.

Article 65-2 (Penalty) Any person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be fined not more than 10 million Korean won.

1. A person who takes technical measures in violation of the provisions of Article 50 (4)

2. A person who transmits advertising information for commercial purposes in violation of the provisions of Article 50 (6)

3. Any person who uses an e-mail address for collecting, selling, distributing, or transmitting information in violation of the provisions of Article 50-2.
